Important Reservation Information

During the peak season, all of our rental units are to be rented Saturday to Saturday at a minimum of 7 nights. The option to rent for a shorter stay than seven nights will be available a week before the time period you are opting to reserve. Please call the rental office to proceed with such reservations.

The Deposit: Your rental deposit will be half of the base amount of the rental rate. This must be made with a major credit card and the day of booking the reservation. This credit card information will be held in lieu of a security deposit and may be charged to recover damages to the unit.

Reservation Cancellation: A fee of $50.00 will be charged for all cancelled reservations. Unless we are able to re-rent the unit your deposit will not be refunded.

Q. Can I book through your service even if I don't own a timeshare with your company?
A. Yes. Anyone may book a reservation through Extra Holidays.

Q. Is my information secure on your Web Site?
A. Yes. Our booking engine is a Verisign Secure Site.

Q. Can I use my FFD points or regular week?
A. No. We require a credit card to pay for Extra Holidays reservations.

Q. Does Extra Holidays rent on a weekly or nightly basis?
A. Both. You can rent as many nights as you like, so renting on a weekly basis is made easy.

Q. Do you offer travel agent commissions?
A. Yes. We give 10% commission on the full amount (before taxes).

Q. Do you offer discounted or corporate rates?
A. Yes. We have discounted rates offered at the time of booking, based on the occupancy level.
